Warranty Information

We make every attempt to list accurate specifications, information and notable clock and cabinet features relevant to the item in the ad. The Howard Miller Clock Company (the manufacturer) reserves the right to change specifications and pricing at any time without prior notice. And we, the Howard Miller factory authorized Internet dealer will immediately comply with all mandates set forth. All items in our online stores are subject to availability. Most of the time, the clock you want will be available. If an item purchased for any reason is out of stock, on back order, or has been discontinued or retired by the manufacturer, you will be advised within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock from our Howard Miller factory, we will make an attempt to locate the item for you from another dealer's inventory. If we are unable to find one in a timely manner, the customer may cancel the sale and receive a full 100% refund. 

Howard Miller Clock Company Factory Warranty

On all clocks that touch the floor (Grandfather clocks, floor clock models), Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of purchase. Howard Millers obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

You can ensure coverage by purchasing from an authorized dealer 

On all clocks that do not touch the floor (tabletop clocks, mantel clocks, wall clocks, and non-clock items), and Wine and Spirits Furnishings, Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer / purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase. Howard Millers obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product.
