If an item is out of stock from our Howard Miller factory, we will make an attempt to locate the item for you from another dealer's inventory. If we are unable to find one in a timely manner, the customer may cancel the sale and receive a full 100% refund.

Howard Miller Clock Company Factory Warranty

On all clocks that touch the floor (Grandfather clocks, floor clock models), Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of purchase. Howard Millers obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
